[Shick House Measurement] We present a case where volatile substances exceeding 10 times the standard value were detected in a newly constructed office.

This is an introduction to a case where volatile substances exceeding 10 times the standard value were detected in a newly constructed office. The measurement results showed that formaldehyde was not detected, but toluene significantly exceeded the standard value. In response, the general contractor implemented a method called "bake-out," which involves forcibly heating the indoor space to drive out volatile substances and ventilate the area.
